R935-3. Policy
3.1. Recreational Benefits Offered to Commissioner’s Office Personnel: Recreational benefits are offered to full-time Commissioner’s Office personnel on the University of Utah Payroll System in compliance with University of Utah policies. These benefits include:
3.1.1. Purchase of reserved seat tickets for University of Utah athletic events and University Theater productions at established discounts provided that such tickets are purchased for the entire season of events and/or productions.
3.1.2. Use of the University of Utah golf course. Tickets may be purchased for the season, for a quarter, or on a day-to-day basis. Season and quarter passes are available at reduced rates.
3.1.3. Use of the University of Utah’s recreation facilities and programs by Commissioner’s Office personnel and their families, subject to payment of approved fees. Information relating to use of or participation in the intramural outdoor, and informal open recreation programs may be obtained from the Campus Recreation Department. Arrangements for use of these facilities and programs, as well as reservations for the open recreation use of the HPER Complex, fieldhouse, and court sports, may be obtained at the Einar Nielson Fieldhouse office.
3.1.4. Discount tickets from the University Travel Club.
3.1.5. Reduced admission to selected events at the Special Events Center, lectures, and concerts.
3.1.6. Ticket discounts for local movie theaters and sports events available at the Union Building information desk and the bookstore service desk.
